Do you do custom prints?

I do! I'm always available for commissions, get in touch for a quote. 

Do you offer any other sizes than A3 and A2?

Currently A3 and A2 is all I can offer standard. But if you require another size, please get in touch.

What size is the unframed A3 print?

The entire print measures 29.7cm x 42cm (11.7 x 16.5 inches) and the artwork within measures approx ~25cm x 35.5cm (10 x 14 inches). Unfortunately I'm not able to print borderless. 

What size is the unframed A2 print?

The entire print measures 42cm x 59.4cm (16.5 x 23.4 inches) and the artwork within measures approx ~39cm x 56cm (15 x 22 inches). Unfortunately I'm not able to print borderless. 

What size is the framed A3 print?

The entire frame measures 39.7cm x 52cm (15.6 x 20.5 inches) and the artwork within measures 29.7cm x 42cm (11.7 x 16.5 inches). The mount surrounding the print is ~50mm (~2 inches).

What size is the framed A2 print?

The entire frame measures 52cm x 69.4cm (20.5 x 27.3 inches) and the artwork within measures 42cm x 59.4cm (16.5 x 23.4 inches). The mount surrounding the print is ~50mm (~2 inches).

Do you sell the frames by themselves?

Currently not, sorry!

How will my order be sent?

Unframed prints and sent in a durable cardboard tube, securely wrapped and packaged. Framed prints are packed and padded securely in a flat box. 

How long will my order take?

Every order is printed on demand and I hand print/package each order myself so please bear that in mind when ordering, orders are processed weekly and the maximum wait time is around 7 days.

Unframed prints are sent via Royal Mail and aim to take 24hours from shipment. However, current circumstances may affect delivery timings. Please see Royal Mail's website for more detailed info.

Framed prints are sent via DPD/Parcelforce (delivery timings 2-3 days from shipping) and a tracking number will be provided. 

My order is missing or damaged, help!

Occasionally orders become delayed due to Royal Mail internal issues. However if your order hasn't turned up after 10 days, please get in touch via the contact form or email. 

If your order arrived damaged, please get in touch straight away and I'll sort a replacement out. 

Do you ship internationally?

I do, but please be aware that due to increasing costs for certain countries, prices will be high and you may incur other charges such as customs tax, etc.
